The dry Moscatel 2019 Blanco was produced with the fruit of young vines, with 30% of the volume fermented in 500- and 600-liter oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel with neutral yeasts at low temperature in an effort to preserve the varietal character. It's more citrus and white flowers than the varietal aromas of fresh grape pulp, somehow restrained for the variety. It's tasty and has some pleasant bitter notes in the finish, tasty and balanced. It's more a white wine than a Moscatel. They use Moscatel for its aging potential. 120,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2019.
