From a slightly cooler vintage, the 2018 Alto Adige Sauvignon Blanc Floreado is particularly bright and fragrant, showing vibrant varietal tones of passion fruit, lime, mountain herb and honeysuckle. The wine goes down beautifully, thanks to its crisp acidity and its streamlined and direct mouthfeel. This would be great with a sea bass in a citrus and olive sauce. The wine offers terrific value, and with an ample 60,000 bottles produced, it should be easy to locate.
