Chateau Beausejour Duffau Lagarosse

Chateau Beausejour (full name Bsausejour Duffau-Lagarosse) is admirably located on the western flank of the hill of Sairrt-Ernilion and represents one of the soundest pro-ducers in this appellation. Every vintage bears witness to its noble origins, but that said, overall performance is always less than stellar. The style relies on elegance, not power, but it could still do with more precise tannins and brighter aromas. In 2009 Nicolas Thienpont and Stephane Derenoncourt were brought in as consult?ing enologists.
