Despite our repeated requests, we were not able to taste these wines in the context of our blind tastings, nor were we able to visit the winery. We regret that Laurent Vaille systematically refuses to send us samples. In order to evaluate the wines we purchased these two at a large Paris wine shop. The 2004s were mixed. The white definitely figures among the best wines of the Languedoc. The red from the same vintage was showing some premature aging in both color and aromas. On the palate, the tannins were soothing, making the wine easy to drink.
