A flamingo-hued blend of Grenache and Syrah, the 2022 Cotes du Rhone Villages Seguret Rose Loubie offers up scents of crushed stone, alpine strawberries and lime zest. It's medium-bodied but on the crisp, austere side of the rosé spectrum. Clean and refreshing, it finishes with ample length and a sense of cool restraint.

A blend of Grenache and Syrah from 40-year-old vines, the 2017 Cotes du Rhone Villages Seguret Rose Loubie deserves a quick splash in a decanter if you can manage it, as it will help any hints of rubbery aromas to dissipate. Once that occurs, some beautiful peach and melon notes emerge, along with a silky, medium-bodied palate and a crisp, citrusy finish.
