A pale flamingo-pink rosé with coppery inflections, Ferraton's 2020 Cotes du Rhone Rose Samorens marries the merest hints of strawberries and crushed stone with ample citrus fruit. It's a medium-bodied, crisp, refreshing wine that is zippy and invigorating despite being relatively straightforward.

The 2017 Cotes du Rhone Rose Samorens features generous aromas of strawberries and watermelon. It's not particularly complex but offers plenty of fruit, a medium-bodied palate and a fully dry, somewhat chalky and zesty finish.

A fabulous effort from the team at Ferraton, the 2015 Cotes du Rhone Samorens Rose (Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault) sports a light pink color to go with classy notes of cherry blossom, light red fruits and white flowers. Medium-bodied, crisp, clean and balanced, it has tons of charm and is well worth checking out.
