The Gradis'Ciutta 2016 Collio Bianco Riserva is a blend of the indigenous grapes Friulano, Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla. The wine fills in its Riserva status well thanks to the extra textural fiber and the rich fruit flavors on display here. The bouquet reveals abundant stone fruit, honey and apricot. Equally as impactful are the aromas of saffron, coriander seed and crème br?lée. This is a mid-weight blended white to pair with Sùf dal Val di Guart, a rich Friulian pumpkin soup.
