I do not know much about this winery, but this 2002 Syrah Bien Nacido Vineyard certainly performed well. Smoky cassis and blackberry fruit interwoven with notions of licorice, earth, and chocolate jumps from the glass of this medium to full-bodied effort. With beautiful ripeness, layers of fruit, good acidity, and serious concentration as well as length, it will benefit from another 1-2 years of cellaring, and should evolve for 10-12 years.Tel.
