Pepper and dark fruits can be discerned in the demure aromatics of the 2003 Pocas Director’s Choice Vintage Port. Displaying appealing density and richness, this medium to full-bodied port is a tannic, slightly alcoholic effort whose harmony appears to have been victim to a desire for extraction.
