The 2010 Garnacha Rose displays notions of cherry blossom, strawberry, and rhubarb. Clean, dry, and fruity on the palate, this tasty effort should prove versatile at the table over the next 12-18 months. Bodega San Jose de Aguaron is a large cooperative in the DO of Carinena that controls approximately 1200 hectares with 60% of the vines consisting of Garnacha, 70% of them over 50 years of age. All of their Carinena holdings are bush vines over 45 years of age. Its main brand is labeled Monasterio de las Vinas. No known American importer
