The 2008 Raupo Pinot Gris is wild yeast fermented and matured 15 months in aged French barriques. It contains 18 grams per liter of residual sugar. Presenting subtle peach and pear aromas with a little yeastiness and honeysuckle, the medium-dry palate is crisp, rich, intense and viscous. It has a long honeyed finish. Drink it now to 2014.
