Medium ruby, the 2019 Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch has spicy scents of cinnamon, aniseed, potpourri and red cherries with wafts of graphite. The medium-bodied palate offers powerful, spicy fruit in a silky frame, seamless freshness and a long, savory finish.

Medium ruby, the 2018 Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch has pure scents of blueberries, cranberries, licorice, cured meats and burnt orange peel. The medium-bodied palate is powerful, silky and refreshing, with a flourish of dark spices across the long finish.

Pale to medium ruby-purple, the 2017 Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch, from biodynamically farmed grapes, is scented of cinnamon stick, autumn leaves, rose petal and bergamot with touches of fragrant earth, charcuterie and a core of ripe raspberry, strawberry and rhubarb. It’s medium-bodied and silky textured, walking a nice line between bright fruit and savory flavors, finishing fresh and long. This will benefit from another year in bottle.
