The 2006 Hondarrabi Zuri is light straw-colored. Reticent initially, the nose offers up aromas of fresh herbs and floral notes along with hints of crushed stone and tropical fruits. This leads to a light- to medium-bodied wine with crisp acidity, a creamy texture, good balance, and a clean finish. A great match for raw bar, it should be drunk over the next 1-2 years.
