The 2004 Ciel du Cheval Vineyard is a blend of 48% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 7% Petit Verdot. Dark ruby-colored, it delivers a restrained nose of herbs, clove, menthol, cedar, tobacco, cassis, and black cherry. This is followed by a medium-bodied, moderately complex wine with light tannins but a short finish. Drink it over the next 8-10 years. Chris Camarda’s Andrew Will Cellars began in 1989 and currently produces 4300 cases of predominantly Bordeaux-style blends. They reflect Carmada’s interpretation of each vineyard’s terroir.Tel.
