The vineyard-designate 2012 Dolcetto d’Alba Vigna Scot is born in a specific 2.3-hectare site within the Bricco Boschis cru with south-facing slopes. The wine is riddled with bright cherry and blueberry nuances and a touch of bitter cranberry on the close. All that fruit is adequately supported by the general fleshiness and richness of the mouthfeel. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2015.
