The 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz/Merlot (60%, 30%, and 10% respectively) spent 18 months in French and American oak casks. The wine exhibits a dark ruby color, followed by a straightforward nose of black fruits and spicy wood. In the mouth, it is a naturally textured wine (not excessively acidified) with good flesh, medium to full body, and copious quantities of blackberry and cassis fruit presented in a plump, lush style.
