The 2012 Reserva Cabernet Franc nose is dominated by ripe black fruit flavors with a peppery note that gives it freshness. The medium to full-bodied palate displays dusty tannins and good acidity that sustains the wine’s freshness. Give it a little bit of time to integrate the tannins. Drink 2015-2017.
Lamadrid wines are produced by Hector Durigutti, a renowned oenologist who has his own winery with his brother. The wines are ripe, powerful and well-oaked.
