The 2017 St Ignatius is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc and Malbec (combined). With a higher proportion of new oak than used on the Inigo Cabernet, it's cedary up front, with notes of mocha, tobacco and dark fruit. Medium to full-bodied, it's framed by silky tannins, finishing long and mouthwatering.
