Lastly, the 2013 Crozes Hermitage exhibits a reserved, yet classic bouquet of dark fruits, pepper, mineral and subtle meatiness. I like the palate and it has plenty of fruit, as well as a medium-bodied elegant texture and a clean finish. It should be very good Crozes to drink in its first 6-7 years of life.
