The delicious 2014 Alto Adige Stoan is a blend of 65% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon, 10% Pinot Bianco and 5% Gewürztraminer. The wine ages in tonneaux for 11 months and remains in contact with the lees for four of those months. The wine exhibits a very good sense of textural richness and creaminess. The bouquet emits tones of mango, tropical fruit and honeysuckle. Stoan is a wine of great execution.
