The 2007 Cabernet Franc was sourced from the Weinbau and DuBrul Vineyards, two top sites. It is considerably more substantial than the Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose offers up cedar, cinnamon, clove, rosemary and black cherry. This leads to a layered, ripe, savory wine with good depth and concentration, incipient complexity, and excellent length.
