The 2009 Dolcetto d’Alba is a relatively big, vinous wine with plenty of varietal character to match its impressive richness. Ideally the wine is best enjoyed while the fruit retains its juiciness. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2012. Moccagatta makes delicious fruit-forward wines from vineyards in Barbaresco.
