The subtle, aromatic and harmonious 2012 Se?orío Amézola Reserva shows perfect balance between modernity and tradition, with clean but developed aromas and a soft, polished texture with fully resolved tannins and very good freshness. It's simply delicious. This is always a blend of 85% Tempranillo, 10% Mazuelo and 5% Graciano, matured in oak barrels for almost two years, a textbook Rioja Reserva. 40,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2016.

The 2010 Se?orío de Amézola Reserva has a developed nose with aromas of meat broth and tea leaves, very tasty (if that's possible!). It's a classical blend of 85% Tempranillo, 10% Mazuelo and 5% Graciano matured in oak barrel for two years. The palate is polished and reveals very tasty flavors, fine, chalky tannins and good length. A textbook Rioja Reserva. 30,000 bottles produced.

Beautiful aromas of spice, cedar and plum follow through on the voluptuous palate—sweet and jammy yet still balanced. Enjoyable now.??–null??Region: Spain / Rioja Select to Add
