This Cairanne has tons of black fruit and ample body, but also an impressive freshness. Some nice floral notes alongside the wild blackberry fruit and fresh thyme character. Good length. A cuvee of six grape varieties (hence the name): grenache, syrah, mourvedre, carignan, cinsault and counoise. Drink or hold.

Ripe and juicy, with a direct beam of cassis, cherry and plum notes, which are flanked with red licorice and carried by a lightly singed alder spine.
