There is a new, young and fortunately unoaked red, the 2015 Garnatxa de Cérvoles, which has aromas of pollen, beeswax and honey that made me think of a warm and ripe vintage. It felt extremely young, even like an unbottled sample, a little raw and primary. The fruit is jammy and the palate is soft and approachable. 18,000 bottles produced.
