Packaged in a squat, screw-cap bottle, the Suavia 2021 Soave Classico is an organic expression of 100% Garganega. The unoaked wine is shy to open, but it does peel back eventually to various citrus aromas. Lemon curd and white rose cede to crushed flint stone that recalls the volcanic soils found in these vineyards. It offers medium density and balanced freshness. Production is 130,000 bottles, and you get excellent value.

A pure expression of Garganega released in 120,000 screw-cap bottles, the Suavia 2019 Soave Classico is a certified organic wine. It shows tart citrus and crunchy pear with honeydew melon and a fragrant hint of yellow rose. It offers pretty mineral definition with crushed stone and oyster shell.
