Aged nine years now, the 2007 Wolfer Goldgrube Riesling Sp?tlese AP #2 has a super clear, minty, flinty and floral-flavored matured Riesling bouquet with lots of spices. Round and terribly lush on the palate, this is a generous, finessed and very elegant Sp?tlese with endless juiciness but also a firm tannin structure. This wine is in a perfect shape to drink today and will keep this performance for the next 15 to 20, probably more. It is super ripe and perfectly balanced and there is nothing that can stop it from showing very, very well.
