The 2015 Wolfer Goldgrube Riesling Sp?tlese has a deep, clear and flinty/herbal, beautifully fine but also super ripe and aromatic bouquet. Round and lush on the palate, this is a generous and well balanced Sp?tlese with a smooth and piquant mouthfeel, remarkable elegance and great finesse. The finish is stimulatingly salty and fresh. I'd keep the wine in my cellar for another eight years and enjoy it for the rest of my life.
