The 2012 Pinot Noir Lange Estate Vineyard comes from a single site in the Dundee Hills. It has a sense of "confidence" on the nose with precise dark berry fruit laced with Chinese tea and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin. This is harmonious and graceful, not a powerful Pinot Noir, but silky smooth and with irresistible cassis fruit fanning out on the finish. Excellent.
