Lange's 2013 Pinot Noir constitutes a selection of 30 barrels and was raised in 35% new oak by winemaker Jesse Lange. It has a ripe, dried fig and crushed strawberry-scented bouquet that feels a little fatigued. The palate is better with light red cherry and raspberry fruit, pointed acidity, but it is missing real depth on the finish that fades rapidly. Drink over the next couple of years.
