Perrin has produced good wines in both 1993 and 1992. The fatter 1992 displays more evidence of extraction and ripeness in its black-cherry, peppery, and herb-scented nose, and lush, medium to full-bodied, succulent flavors. Forward and delicious, it is ideal for drinking over the next 6-7 years.
