The 2016 Puligny-Montrachet Le Trézin is showing beautifully from bottle, offering up a classy bouquet of lemon zest, tart green apples, pastry cream and crushed chalk. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, with good concentration and depth at the core, balanced by lovely cut and tension. Classically balanced, it's well worth seeking out.
