The 2007 Cumberland Reserve was sourced from 15 vineyards and, according to Bergstrom, is “my style, my take on the vintage.” Medium ruby-colored, it reveals a perfume of toasty black fruits, earth notes, and spice box. Elegant and restrained on the palate, mineral, floral, and cinnamon notes emerge leading to a silky, fruit-filled finish. Drink this friendly effort over the next 8 years.
