The 2016 misc. stuff is a blend of 55% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre. It has a medium to deep ruby color and is scented of baked red cherries, cured meats, peppercorn, baked plum, blueberry preserves, warm earth and garrigue. Medium to full-bodied, it's very savory/peppery in the mouth with pleasantly chewy tannins and good freshness, finishing long. 155 cases produced.

The Grenache-dominated 2013 Miscellaneous Stuff (there's 25% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre) is a spice-loaded, Mediterranean-scented, ripe savory and peppery effort. It offers tons of character, full-bodied weight, ripe tannin and a chewy, rich finish that keeps you coming back to the glass. Like all of Jeff's wines, it's not shy, mid-weight or boring.
