The palate is clean and fresh with a keen line of acidity that balances the core of richness that only becomes apparent when it is gone. Citric in the mouth with just a touch of spice, harmonious with a sense of tenderness towards the finish, this is a paradoxically refined yet intense Chassagne-Montrachet from Jean-Claude Bachelet.
