Round and rich, the 2012 Irpinia Aglianico Terra d'Eclano delivers amazing intensity and a rich, supple texture. The generous bouquet peels back to reveal spice, dark fruit, cola, leather and tobacco. The style is richly extracted, dense and very beautifully balanced. Quintodecimo shows a deft hand with the unruly Aglianico grape. The tannins are firm, but supple and textured. Terra d'Eclano will last ten years or more.
